Mellor Bromley are delighted to have been awarded the Mechanical Services contract for the next phase of the works at major retail shopping centre, Fosse Park in Leicester.

The project has been awarded to us by Main Contractor, Bowmer & Kirkland.

The contract sees us return to a familiar scene some thirty years on, with Mellor Bromley being employed as the original mechanical services contractor for the initial phase of the new shopping centre, way back in the late 1980’s.

Our works will be carried out in several new construction areas in and around the existing development and former site of Everards Brewery.

New mechanical services will consist of Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Domestic Water Services, Sprinkler System, Sanitaryware & Above Ground Drainage for the new ‘Food Central’ Food Court, Management Suite and within the existing retail complex to the new food court development.

The installation of the site wide services infrastructure and distribution services to all of the new retail units will also form part of our contract.
