We were proud to work in partnership with Interserve and the EFA on 3 schools. Moorgate Primary School was the first to be delivered as part of the Priority Schools Building Programme, shortly followed by Woodend Primary School and finally Hall Green Primary School.

Our building services utilised a wide range of energy efficient and environmental measures to reduce the overall energy consumption and CO2 emissions of the new buildings, which included high efficiency gas fired boiler plant, which provided LPHW heating to radiators, radiant panels, and hot water calorifiers.

Other services installed were boosted cold water, gas to mechanical plant and kitchen catering equipment, hybrid ventilation via a mixture of mechanical and natural ventilation (90% of waste heating being recovered in the classrooms and natural ventilation chimney stacks), above ground drainage and sanitary ware, a BMS controls system, and wet sprinkler systems.
