Mellor Bromley are pleased to announce the award of another project for G F Tomlinson Building Ltd.

Pye Green School in Cannock is a brand new 200 pupil, two storey primary school, with construction due to start in October 2018.

We have been employed to provide the new mechanical services elements of the contract which consist of a new heating systems (by radiant panels), hot and cold water services, mechanical and natural ventilation, air conditioning, external utility services, sprinkler services and building management system .

The contract is value is in the region of £500,000 and has been awarded to us on a design and build basis.

This is another project that we are carrying out on behalf of G F Tomlinson, continuing our longstanding relationship with them and is yet another project that we are undertaking in the education sector.
