Mellor Bromley were employed by Kier Construction to carry out the Mechanical Services installation at the Leicester town centre New Indoor Food Hall, which has since gone on to win a number of national awards.
New domestic water services, ventilation, drainage and BMS Controls were installed within the new structure, serving the various new stalls and outlets.

In close proximity to the project, the existing 2 – 4 Market Place building was also fully refurbished by Kier Construction as part of the relocation of the market’s administration department and office staff.
The works involved new heating, domestic water, gas, ventilation and drainage services to the building, as well as a new sanitary ware fit out to the newly formed toilet block for the general public.
