This project comprised of the installation of pre-designed mechanical services to BREAAM standards in a new catering college and associated restaurant in Corby, next to the CMI Building.

Our mechanical services installed on this project consisted of boiler plant for LTHW heating, domestic hot and cold water services, incoming external gas and water, air conditioning units, supply and extract ventilation heat recovery systems, above ground drainage, sanitary ware, and a BMS control system.
