This project comprised of the adaptation of an existing base build 3 storey office block into a modern call centre for Centrica.

Our mechanical services installations involved adapting the existing domestic water services, remodelling the LPHW heating to serve new additional radiators, repositioning fan coils and adding new ones to suit the new internal layouts, adaption of existing and adding new supply & extract ventilation to suit the new floor layouts, new kitchen ventilation systems, new toilet ventilation systems, refrigeration comfort cooling and VRV systems, above ground drainage, sanitary ware, and modification / upgrading of the existing building management controls system.
