Mellor Bromley are delighted to have secured the Mechanical Services package for the brand new Middlebeck Primary School in Newark.

This is a new build project, which sees us employed via Electrical Contractor, Brook and Mayo, who in turn are working for Main Contractor, Lindum Construction.  Mellor Bromley have worked along side Brook and Mayo successfully on a number of projects.

A new 630 pupil primary school will be built in Newark to replace the existing Christ Church Infant School on Victoria Street. Phase one of the works will be a 210 pupil primary facility, with the capacity to expand to in excess of 500 pupils as local development progresses.  The mechanical services for this exciting new project consists of new underfloor heating systems, served via new gas fired boilers, DX air conditioning, hot and cold water services, mechanical extract ventilation, BMS controls, sanitaryware and above ground drainage systems.

The project has been let to us on a design and build  basis with a mechanical services value of approximately £420k.

The project is due for completion in August 2021.
