Mellor Bromley are very pleased to announce that we have secured our first order at Keele University for the Mechanical Services at their brand new Central Science Laboratories building. The project has been awarded to us by G F Tomlinson Building Ltd and continues our long standing and successful relationship with them. The Mechanical Services package includes new below ground pre-insulated heating mains, underground diversions to existing services, LPHW heating, hot and cold water services, fume extract systems, specialist laboratory gasses, compressed air, mechanical ventilation services, air conditioning, BMS controls, sanitary ware, chilled water and above ground chemically resistant drainage systems. The project value is approximately £2 million, and is due for completion in April 2019.
