Mellor Bromley have been awarded our first project for Main Contractor, Galliford Try, employed to carry out the mechanical services installations at the brand new Endoscopy Unit at Glenfield Hospital in Leicester.

The project is valued at approximately £1.5 million and has been let as a design and build package, with works due to start on site in the summer of 2022.

The services to be installed comprise of heating ,ventilation , domestic water services, specialist RO water treatment, medical gases, compressed air, air conditioning ,sanitaryware, external gas and water utility services and associated controls to complete the package.

The project was secured as part of a competitive tender exercise and is one that we have targeted to win, with the aim of starting a long standing relationship with Galliford Try.
