We are pleased to have secured the mechanical services package for the new Cheltenham Medical Centre.

The project has been awarded to us by B&K Building Services.

The facility comprises of a new build, three storey medical facility.

The mechanical services consist of new dedicated mechanical ventilation systems served via roof mounted heat recovery ventilation equipment, VRF air conditioning, electric heating, boosted cold water, point of use hot water, BMS controls, sanitaryware and above ground drainage.

The project is due for completion in the Autumn of 2021, with a value of approximately £700k.
