Another recent project awarded to Mellor Bromley is the refurbishment of the existing Medical Centre on Saffron Lane, Leicester, which will be carried out for Wildgoose Construction.

This design and build project involves new services to the proposed extension of the Medical Centre.

The new services will include underfloor heating, heat recovery ventilation systems, mechanical toilet extract systems, air conditioning, domestic hot and cold water and specialist medical sanitary ware systems, together with soil and waste installation.

This project is testament to our record of repeat business with one of our valued clients, Wildgoose Construction, following the successful completion of other recent projects for them.
