We are absolutely delighted to have secured yet another order at the Nottingham Trent University for the Mechanical Services on the brand new Reception and Environment Centre at their Brackenhurst Campus. This will also be another project for Clegg Construction, after successfully delivering other projects for both Nottingham Trent University and Clegg respectively. The project has been designed by Couch Perry Wilkes, continuing our strong relationship with them and comprises of two separate buildings. One is a Reception and the other is an Environmental Centre. The Mechanical Services package includes new district heating mains, LPHW heating, hot and cold water services, fume extract systems, specialist gasses, natural and mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, BMS controls, external utility services and sanitary ware. The project value is circa £1 million and is due for completion in May 2019.
