Mellor Bromley have recently completed a new and varied design and build services project for Steris, who are a world leader in the healthcare sector.

The Main Contractor for the project was A & H Construction.

The works included the decommissioning and relocation of a factory, warehouse, laboratories and offices to a new purpose built facility in Leicester.

The mechanical elements of the project had a value of £2.1 million, with work being carried out over a 23 week period.

The new services include Gas, water, heating, steam and clean steam systems, ventilation services, specialist workshop LEV ventilation, evaporative cooling, air conditioning, glue lines, specialist gases, compressed air, above ground drainage, sanitary ware and BMS automatic controls.

The new site provides the Client’s business with a state of the art, purpose built facility.
