Mellor Bromley are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the mechanical services contract for a new conference and training centre for Lubrizol, a leader in specialist chemicals.

The contract has been let to us by Main Contractor, G F Tomlinson & Sons.

This new project comprises the formation of a new energy centre and a separate conference centre. The project, valued at approximately £1.5 million, comprises a host of new mechanical services, not limited to ventilation and air conditioning services, externally routed pipework services and utilities, oil fired heating, domestic water services and a sanitaryware package including the associated above ground drainage.

The contract has been awarded on a pre-designed basis, with various design portions of the contract for specialist services being carried out by ourselves.
