Mellor Bromley are pleased to have secured the Mechanical Services package at the brand new Lubbesthorpe Primary School within the Leicester Forest East area of the city, which is currently under heavy development. This is another new build project secured with Clegg Construction, which continues to cement our good working relationship, having successfully delivered a number of projects with them over the past few years.

Mellor Bromley will once again be working closely with Couch Perry Wilkes, Leicester office.

This exciting new project consists of new Heating and Cooling, Hot and Cold Water Services, Mechanical Ventilation, BMS Controls, Sanitary ware and Above Ground Drainage systems .

The project has been let on a design and build basis and will be designed by our in-house engineers.
