Mellor Bromley are delighted to have secured the Mechanical Services package at the brand new Hampton Lakes Primary School in Peterborough.

This is a new build project which sees us partner Electrical Contractor, Playfords Building Services of Huntingdon, working for Main Contractor Interserve.

This exciting new project consists of new Heating and Cooling, Hot and Cold Water Services, Mechanical Ventilation, BMS Controls, Sanitaryware and Above Ground Drainage systems.

The project has been let to us on a pre-design basis with a value of approximately £600k.

The project is due for completion in June 2020.
