Mellor Bromley are pleased to have secured the Mechanical Services contract for the new DPD distribution centre at Blenheim, Nottingham.

The order comes via Main Contractor, G F Tomlinson & Sons, as a design and build package.

The construction of the site is currently underway and our contract team are due to commence with the Mechanical installation works shortly.

Works for the project include external gas and water utility services, with gas fired radiant heating to the warehouse. LPHW heating to the two storey office area with various air conditioning systems for both heating and cooling. New heat recovery ventilation to open plan offices, toilet extract ventilation, domestic water services to WC areas, including drainage and sanitary ware. A new BMS control system also forms part of the contract.
